Madleson's return shows depth of desparation in Downing Street

How else can we interpret Gordon Brown's decision to bring back someone who was forced to resign not once, but twice?

GB is moving people around hoping that things will get better, when in fact he and Tony Blair cozying up to the US was the cause of our problems. Blair had the good sense to get out before the brown-stuff hit the fan, not so Gordon, he wanted the PM job so badly he didn't care. Now we see the results and each and every one of us is paying for their mistakes.

We as electors need to shoulder some of the blame too. We had our chance to rid ourselves of NuLabour but gave them a third term in office. Things would have been very different if the Conservatives had been in power.
