Another kick in the teeth for England as Scotland follows Wales and scraps hospital parking charges
Wednesday, 03 September 2008 11:06

How come Scotland and Wales can find money for extremely popular measures like the scrapping of hospital parking charges while England can't? Does it have anything to do with these things . . .

  • Gordon Brown is a Scot
  • London would rather spend billions on the Olympic games than let people visit their sick relatives without paying
  • Ministers can park anywhere at any time without fear of getting a ticket or clamping
  • Ministers have no idea what real people are going through
  • All the above

It is a national disgrace that hospital patients and visitors have to pay for parking, we have written about this subject before and will continue to complain until England gets the same treatment as Wales and Scotland. It's time for action.
