Straw titillates the public |

Jack Straw should shut up instead of titillating the public by saying he's not going to reveal any details of what Venables did.
Straw knows as well as any of us that the details will all come out in due course, so why doesn't he just shut up instead of using his position to titillate?
When Straw speaks there's usually something else going on, at the moment it's a dying government setting up a scorched-earth ready for the incoming government. Money is being wasted like there's no tomorrow, and hopefully for Gordon and his cronies there will be no tomorrow in government. Pity the population, that's every one of us, while Gordon Brown is coining it with book deals and speaking engagements like Tony Bliar the rest of us will be working extra years before we get our pensions and paying extra taxes to pay what Gordon spent.
